By downloading the software offered for free on any of our sites, you agree to this condition. ********************************************************************** This is a repository of all available legacy EPE Magazine source codes ordered by Year/ Month of publication, from the 1990s when EPE (now PE) first went online, through to the end of 2008 when a new platform was adopted. You will see that the earliest project files (1990s) were simply hosted in sub-folders under the project's name. We usually added a readme text file somewhere, describing a project and its publication date. From about 2008 onwards, source code and other files were all zipped into a single file mmyy.zip (month-year.zip), and we observed this file-naming convention until the mid 2020s. From about 2009 we also published PDFs of PCB artwork for a time, named pcbmmyy.zip. These are plain PDFs, not gerber files and may not have copper pad drilling centres. We recommend that you ensure all components are still available before commencing construction of old projects. Often, as is the nature of technology, newer methods came along or components would go obsolete, rendering some old projects impractical or even impossible to build. Please note projects are NOT recommended for student/ University technology projects and no technical support or faultfinding help is available. When we adopted a new web platform from about 2018, source code files were uploaded via the Online Shop area, and are now named mmyy-DL.zip. These are available from our current website - www.electronpublishing.com Alan Winstanley Online Editor/ webmaster alan@epemag.net
