Using Winzip or similar facility, unzip Spectrum.zip into a folder named Spectrum (or any name of your choice). If you do not have VisualBasic 6 (VB6) on your PC, also unzip the VRruntime.zip files from the VBruntime disk into the same folder. Double-click on the Spectrum icon (looks like a waveform on a screen - full name Spectrum.exe) to run the program.

If you do not have Winzip, it can be downloaded free from www.winzip.com.

The PIC ASM, HEX, OBJ files are in Spectrum.zip.
