PIC Speech Synthesiser by John Becker

This project allows users to add a speech phrase or two to their 
PIC-based projects. Uses a set of prerecorded phenomes stored in an
EEPROM and allows their recall to make up words when desired, for
reproduction through an existing audio amplifier.

Parts are available from the usual component sources. Please note
that EPE does not provide kits but many of the requirements can
be met by our advertisers.
