Line of 10 pushbuttons corresponds to thresholds of pain. Two pushbutton switches to record the presence or absence of other patient conditions (e.g. nausea or itch). Alphanumeric LCD display of data. Also, downloads the data onto a Windows PC and data can then be read in Microsoft Excel. Unit can be switched off without memory loss.
