As for the IC Tester� I think I can help.

I still get Emails about it today which is nice. It was my first published project, the first PCB I ever designed (I didn’t understand the design tool and it shows) and I got a lot of assistance from my late brother � lots of happy memories with the whole project.  I’ve still got the original prototype unit too. 

Anyway, I supplied EPE with the foil I used to make my DIY PCB and somehow EPE got blank PCBs made from that.

The good news is that whilst it was designed in some old version of Eagle, I’ve just downloaded the free version of Eagle PCB and the original file still opens and seems to be Ok.

I’ve attached the file. Please feel free to forward it on. He just needs to download the free version of Eagle CAD.
