An enhanced early warning system and speed alert device intended to
raise road safety awareness when driving. GPS (Global Positioning System)
based, utilises a commercial GPS module.

Introduces improvements on the Mk 1 (Jan 05 issue), including:

 -> memorises up to 10,000 locations
 -> LCD display (backlightable)
 -> RS232C interface allows uploads/ downloads via the web
 -> Acoustic Alert triggerable for exceeding speed limits
